Steam drop separator

The separation of condensate from the flowing steam (air) is done by changing the direction of the stream flow. For this purpose, a transverse obstacle is used inside the steam separator, which is designed to remove liquid fractions carried by the steam. The separated condensate, through a drain stub, is directed to the condensate pipeline through a drainage unit (ball valve, filter, dehydrator, non-return valve, ball valve).
Drop separators are produced in accordance with the technological requirements of boiler plants based on WUDT regulations. At the customer’s request, it is possible to produce a device according to the required standard.
Optionally, the separator can be equipped with:
- thermal insulation,
- control and measurement fittings,
- drainage unit.
