As of May 25, 2018, the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council of the European Union 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals, regarding the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data entered into force.

How long do we store your data

In connection with the above, we inform you that your personal data are processed in accordance with art. 6 of the Regulation, paragraph 1, points b, c and f /in relation to the point mentioned below/:

in order to execute a purchase order or offer and are stored for a period of 6 years from the moment when the operations, purchase transactions and purchasing procedure were finally completed and the obligations were paid, settled or expired, as well as until the termination of all guarantees and warranties for the execution of the contract or order.

Providing your personal data is voluntary, but failure to provide it will prevent the execution of the contract, order or offer.

Who do we share data with?

We only share your personal data to the extent necessary to fulfill your orders, to entities performing postal, courier, accounting, legal and IT services with whom we cooperate.

What rights do you have to your data?

• access to the content of your data
• rectification, deletion or restriction of data processing
• data transfer
• filing an objection
• withdrawal of consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

In addition, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection if you consider that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the Regulation.
